BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of War allow, and pay to Hector Perkins, of the city of Baltimore, the sum of sixteen dollars per month, during his natural life, instead of the Sum now paid him as an invalid pensioner, to commence from the fifth day of July, eighteen hundred and forty-eight.
