BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, required to place the name of Peter Myers on the roll of invalid pensions, and that he pay him, semi-annually, at the rate of eight dollars per month, for and during his natural life, commencing on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and forty-eight.
