That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, required to place the name of Alexander
McEwen on the roll of invalid pensions, and that he pay him, semi-annually, at the rate
of ten dollars per month, for and during his natural life, commencing on the fifteenth
day of May, one thousand eight hundred and forty-seven.
