That the name of Elizabeth S. Cobbs, widow of the late Waddy V. Cobbs, then a major
in the army of the United States, be placed on the roll of invalid pensions, at the
rate of twenty-five dollars a month, commencing on the first of January, eighteen
hundred and forty-eight, to continue during her natural life.
