Chap. CLVI. — An Act for the Relief of Elizabeth S. Cobbs.
A pension of $25 per month allowed Elizabeth S. Cobbs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled, That the name of Elizabeth S. Cobbs, widow of the late Waddy V. Cobbs, then a major
in the army of the United States, be placed on the roll of invalid pensions, at the
rate of twenty-five dollars a month, commencing the first of January, eighteen hundred
and forty-eight, to continue during her natural life.
