reported the following bill:
A BILL
For the relief of the children of L. A. Wolfley

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Navy be directed
to have placed on the roll of invalid pensions, the names
of William J. Wolfley and Louis J. Wolfley, the infant
children of the late Lewis J. Wolfley, a surgeon in the
navy of the United States, at the same annual rate of pen-
sion to which their mother would have been entitled, as
the widow of the said surgeon Wolfley, had she survived
her husband; the said pension commencing on the first
day of July, eighteen hundred and forty-eight, to continue
during the natural life of the said children, or until they
shall severally have attained the age of twenty-one years.
