For the Relief of William Kennedy.
Be it enacted &c &c. That the Secretary of War be, and he is, hereby directed to place
the name of William Kennedy of the County of Dallas & State of Alabama, on the Roll
of Invalid Pensions and pay him a pension at the rate of Eight Dollars per month,
from the first day of January A.D. 1847, to continue during his natural life.
