For the relief of William J. Price.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That William J. Price be, and he is hereby,
confirmed in his title to a certain tract of land situate in
the county of Jackson, State of Alabama, on the waters
of Jones’s creek, known as William Jones’s reservation,
it being the place first settled by William Jones, and, after
his death, transferred by his widow and heirs-at-law to
said William J. Price: Provided, That this confirmation
shall only operate as a relinquishment on the part of the
United States, and shall not affect the rights of any minor
heir or heirs, or of third persons.
