For the relief of Moses Van Campen.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to pay Moses Van Campen, of Livingston county in the State of New York, a sum of money equivalent to the interest that would have been payable on a certificate, had said Van Campen re- ceived his certificate for five years’ full pay as lieutenant of infantry on the continental establishment on his leaving the army, and had subscribed the same under the funding act of the fourth August, seventeen hundred and ninety. |
