BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the name of William Lynch, a soldier in the army of the United States, from the year eighteen hundred and thirteen, to the year eighteen hundred and eighteen, be placed on the roll of invalid pensions, at the rate of eight dollars a month, commencing the first day of August, eighteen hundred and forty-eight, to continue during his natural life.
