Making appropriations for certain harbors on Lake Michigan and for the improvement
of the St Clair Flats.
Be it Enacted &c. that out of any monies in the treasury not otherwise appropriated,
there be appropriated—
For the improvement of the harbor at the mouth of Grand River, on Lake Michigan, ten
thousand dollars.
For the improvement of the harbor at the mouth of Kalamazoo River, on Lake Michigan,
ten thousand dollars.
For the improvement of the harbor at New Buffalo, on Lake Michigan, ten thousand dollars.
For the improvement of the navigation of the St Clair Flats, in the state of Michigan,
fifty thousand dollars.
For the survey and examination of the harbor at the mouth of north Black River, on
Lake Michigan, five thousand dollars.
