Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to Levi M. Roberts,
an invalid pensioner, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated,
at the rate of two dollars per month, from the first day of January, eighteen hundred
and forty-six, until the fourth of September, eighteen hundred and forty-eight; and
from the latter date to increase the pension he is now entitled to, to ten dollars
per month, during his natural life.
