BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Samuel Perry, assignee of J. H. McClure & Co., the sum of three hundred and eighty-eight dollars and ninety-eight cents, it being a part of the amount of freight deducted for the loss caused by the sinking of a flat-boat freighted with Indian supplies on account of the United States, while on its passage from Cincinnati, in the State of Ohio, to Fort Coffee, upon the Arkansas river.
