That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he hereby is, directed to place the name of
James Frame, of the county of Branville and State of Ohio, on the roll of invalid
pensioners, at the rate of eight dollars per month, and pay him at that rate from
the fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and forty-six, during his natural life.
