For the relief of the executors, devisees, and heirs at law of
Thomas Fletcher, deceased, late of the State of Kentucky.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the executors, devisees, and heirs at law of Thomas Fletcher, deceased, late of the State of Ken- tucky, be, and they are hereby, released from all obligation to the United States on the bond executed by C. Nicholas, as paymaster, with Lewis Saunders, the said Thomas Fletcher and Thomas Dye Owings as his securities, on the twenty-eighth day of May, eighteen hundred and seventeen, in the sum of twenty thousand dollars: Pro |
