Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of one thousand dollars be ap- propriated out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated; the same to be paid to Daniel Sampson, late master caulker at the navy yard at Charlestown, Mas- sachusetts, who has totally lost his sight, while engaged in the public service. |
