That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, directed to place the name of Charles Wilson (late a sergeant of company (D) Second Regiment of United States Artillery) on the roll of invalid pensioners, at the rate of ^(^ten^)^ ^sixteen^ dollars per |

continue during his natural life.
