For the relief of Solomon T. Nicoll and James Clinch, of the
city of New York.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Solomon T. Nicoll and James Clinch, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thou- sand three hundred and ten dollars and twenty-one cents, it being in full payment for fifty-four half chests of young hyson tea sold to the United States and delivered to the naval storekeeper at Norfolk, for the use of the navy, and which has been consumed in the public service. |
