A BILL
For the relief of Polly Carver, executrix of Nathan Carver.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to
Polly Carver, executrix of Nathan Carver, deceased, out
of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated,
the sum of three hundred and thirty-four dollars and seven-
ty-nine cents, for medicine administered to, and attendance
bestowed upon, several sick soldiers at Chazy, in the
State of New York, at different periods during the late
war, there being no hospital surgeon stationed there at

the time the services were rendered; and for property used
by the United States troops stationed at and near Chazy, as
aforesaid, the same being in full for all claims of said Car-
ver, deceased, against the United States.
