That so much of the Act to establish certain Post Routes” approved August fourteenth,
eighteen hundred and forty-eight, as provides for carrying the mail “three times a
week” from Columbia, South Carolina, via Maybinton, Uniontown, Spartansburgh Court
House, to Rutherfordton, North Carolina, be and the same is hereby repealed.
