For the relief of Francis Moreno.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to Francis Moreno the sum of one hundred and twenty dollars, being the amount of rent for a house for the safe-keeping of the records and pro- perty of the United States court for West Florida, occu- pied under the direction of the late judge of the United States for the district of West Florida, and contracted for and approved by the late clerk of the United States terri |

torial court, and present clerk of the United States court, for the northern district of Florida, and the said sum is hereby appropriated out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. |
