For the relief of Jonathan Naif.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, directed to place the name of Jonathan Naif on the roll of invalid pensioners, and the rate of eight dollars per month, from the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-nine and to continue during his natural life. |
