For the relief of John Kerbaugh.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place the name of John Ker- baugh, of the State of Tennessee, on the roll of invalid pensioners, and that he be allowed a pension of eight dol- lars a month, from the first day of January, eighteen hun- dred and forty-eight, to continue during his natural life. |
