For the relief of Richard D. Jones.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the name of Richard D. Jones, a soldier
in company F, in the North Carolina regiment of volun-
teers, during the war with Mexico, be placed on the roll
of invalid pensioners, at the rate of five dollars and thirty-
three and one-third cents per month, commencing on the
fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and forty-nine, to
continue during his natural life.
