For the relief of Benj. P. Smith.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the name of Benjamin P. Smith, a drafted soldier from the New York militia, in the service of the United States during the late war with Great Britain, be place on the roll of invalid pensions, at the rate of four dollars a month, commencing on the fourth day of March next, to continue during his natural life. |
