For the relief of William Ellis.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the name of William Ellis, formerly a soldier in the company of Captain Nicholas, in the seventh regiment of infantry, in the service of the United States, be place on the roll of invalid pensioners, at the rate of six dollars a month, commencing on the first day of Jan- uary, in the year eighteen hundred and forty-nine, to con- tinue during his natural life. |
