For the relief of George Mowry, of Pennsylvania.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and
he is hereby, directed to pay George Mowry, out of
any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated,
the sum of seventy-two dollars and twelve cents, it being
in full compensation for conveying prisoners from Somer-
set to Pittsburg, by order of the marshal.
