BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That Spanish vessels sailing from any port in Spain and touching at any port in Cuba or Porto Rico which shall enter the United States and depart without landing any portion of the cargo of such vessel which may have been taken on board at the port of Cuba or Porto Rico, shall not be subjected to the discriminating duties prescribed in the act entitled “An act concerning tonnage duties on Spanish vessels” approved July thirteenth, eighteen hundred and thirty two, and in the act concerning tonnage duties on Spanish vessels approved June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and thirty four.
