That the act of Congress approved March nineteenth, eighteen hundred and forty two,
(chap: seven.) be suspended in its operation until further legislation in the premises;
and that in the mean time jurors may be selected for the courts of the United States
in Pennsylvania (under the direction of the proper District Judge,) agreeably to the
practice and usage which prevailed before the enactment of the act approved July twentieth,
eighteen hundred and forty, (chap: forty-seven.)
