Chap. CXX. — An Act to authorize the Judge of the Courts of the United States of the fifth Circuit
to hold the Circuit Court for the District of Kentucky.
Judge of the fifth circuit to hold court for district of Kentucky, in absence of judge
of eighth circuit.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled, That hereafter it shall be lawful for the judge of the fifth circuit of the courts
of the United States to hold the Circuit Court for the district of Kentucky in the
absence of the judge of the eighth circuit.
