A Bill for the relief of the Heirs and legal Representatives of Thomas Beall, a captain in the revolutionary war.
(Sec 1.) Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the Secretary of the Treasury be and he is hereby authorized and required to pay out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated to the legal Representatives of Thomas Beall, five years full pay of a captain in the Revolutionary War, which five years full pay is the Commutation of half pay for life.
(Sec 2) And be it further enacted, That the Secretary of War be and he is hereby authorized and required to issue to the heirs at law of said Thomas Beall, a bounty land warrant foracres of land, being the bounty land due on account of the services of the aforesaid Thomas Beall a captain in the Maryland line in the war of the revolution, to be located on any of the public lands subject to private entry.
