BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
THATthe Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the administratrix of Elisha L. Keen such sum as the fourth Auditor of the Treasury may decide to be justly due said Keen, not exceeding the sum of five hundred and ninety-four dollars, being a balance alleged to be due said Keen, and credited on the books of the Fourth Auditor for advances to the United States in the years eighteen hundred and thirteen and eighteen hundred and fourteen.
