BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
THATthere be paid to Walter R. Johnson, from any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of six hundred and eleven dollars and thirty-one cents, which will be in full for his services and payments made by him, in researches and experiments on American coal, under the direction of the Secretary of the Navy.
