BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
THATthe Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, by, authorized and directed to place the name of Elizabeth Pistole, widow of Charles Pistole, who was a private soldier in the revolutionary army, on the revolutionary pension roll, and allow her the same rate of pension as allowed to the widows of revolutionary soldiers under the act of June seventeen, eighteen hundred and forty-four.
