BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
THATthe proper accounting officers of the treasury are hereby directed to allow to Thomas Brownell, in the settlement of his accounts, the sum of fifty dollars and sixty three cents, being the amount paid by him while in command of the Naval Station at Sacket’s Harbor, for medical services rendered to the officers and seamen attached to that station.
