BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
THATthe officer appointed to perform the duties of Adjutant at the Military Academy, be placed upon the same footing in every respect as to pay and allowances as the Lieutenants who hold the appointment of adjutants in regiments of artillery and infantry.
