BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
THATReynolds May, of the State of Arkansas, be, and he hereby is, released and discharged from the payment of a judgment obtained against him by the United States, in the district court for the district of Arkansas, in the year eighteen hundred and forty-six, on his recognizance, for five hundred dollars, and from the payment of all costs and expenses attending the same.
