BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
THAT the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, required to place the name of Welcome Parmeter on the pension roll, and to allow and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month during his natural life, to commence on the twentieth day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-six.
