BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
THATthe Postmaster General be, and he is hereby, directed to pay, from the revenues of the Post Office Department appropriated for mail transportation, to Alfred White, of Mississippi, the sum of fifty four dollars and forty five cents, that sum having been paid by him in satisfaction of a judgment recovered against him by the United States in the district court for the southern district of Mississippi; and which said sum, included in said judgment, was over and above what appears to have been due from said White to the Post Office Department, for whose benefit said judgment was recovered.
