BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
THATthe Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to place the name of Mary Taylor, commonly called Polly Taylor, upon the revolutionary pension roll, at the rates fixed by the act of the seventh of July, eighteen hundred and thirty eight, as the widow of Jesse Taylor, for services performed by him as a sergeant in the revolutionary army; and that her pension commence on the seventh of April, eighteen hundred and forty-five.
