BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled,
THATthe judgment rendered in the district court of the United States for the southern
district of New York, in the case of the United States against the managers of the
society for the reformation of juvenile delinquents, so far as the same remains unpaid,
be, and the same is hereby, forever released and discharged, and that the proper law
officer of the United States in said court cause satisfaction thereof to be entered
of record.
