BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
THATthere be paid, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated to the administrator or other legal representative of the late Thomas J. V. Owen, deceased, the sum of two hundred dollars for the use and occupation of his house at Chicago during the Black Hawk war, in the year eighteen hundred and thirty-two, as a cholera hospital.–
