BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled,
THATCharity Herrington be authorized and permitted to enter at the minimum price, at the
Chicago land office, the northeast fractional quarter of section ten, in the township
thirty-nine north, of range eight east, of the third principle meridian, and a patent
shall issue therefor, as in other cases.—
