BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, THATthe Secretary of War be authorized and required to received proof of the cost of the buildings erected by Colonel Richard M. Johnson, of Kentucky, for the use of Indiana students at teh Choctaw academy, and when the cost of such buildings shall be so ascertained, to pay the same to said Johnson, and for the purpose aforesaid, the sum of ten thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
