BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled, THATthe Marshal of the Northern District of Mississippi be and he is hereby authorized
and required to convey by deed to the purchasers the several tracts of land bought
by them respectively which were sold under an execution in favor of the United States
against Gordon D. Boyd upon the payment of the purchase money to such Marshall
Sec. 2 And be it further enacted, That the purchaser or purchasers of any of said
lands sold under execution as aforesaid may file the Marshal’s deed for the lands
so purchased with the Commissioner of the General Land Office, whereupon said Commissioner
shall issue patents for the land described in such deed to the purchaser or purchasers
vesting the title of the United States in him her or them.
