BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled,
THATJohn Crawford, of Mississippi, the owner of certificate for forfeited land stock,
number three thousand one hundred and fifty, be, and he is hereby, authorized and
allowed to locate his said certificate in the State of Louisiana instead of the State
of Mississippi:
Provided, His said location shall not interfere with any pre-emption right or public
reservation, and be subject to all the conditions and restrictions to which it would
have been subjected had it been located in the said State of Mississippi.
