BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
THATthe surveyor General of Wisconsin and Iowa, under the direction of the Commissioner of the General Land Office, shall cause the northern boundary line of the State of Iowa to be run and marked, and suitable monuments placed thereon, And the said surveyor general shall return one copy of said survey to the General Land Office, and another copy to the executive of Iowa, to be deposited in the Archives of that State
