BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, THATthe act entitled “an act granting a pension to Patrick Walker” approved on the eighth of April, eighteen hundred and forth eight, be and the same is hereby revived and continued in force during the natural life of said Patrick Walker; and there shall be allowed and paid to him, a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month, during his natural life, in conformity to the provisions of the said act, from and after the twenty seventh day of October, eighteen hundred and forty eight.
