BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
THATthe Postmaster General be, and he hereby is, directed to pay out of any moneys appropriated for transportation of the mail, to William Greer, the sum of sixty dollars and twenty-five cents, being the amount of postage paid by him on letters covering vouchers, which ought to have been sent to the Post Office Department.–
