Chap. LXIX. — An Act for the Relief of Nehemiah Brush.
A pension of $8 per month allowed Nehemiah Brush.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled, That the Secretary

of War be, and he is hereby directed to place the name of Nehemiah Brush on the roll
of invalid pensioners, at the rate of eight dollars per month, during his natural
life, and that his pension commence from and after the passage of this act.
